2009 Make the Difference! grant:
Time for Kids - Financial Wizards Project
A $10,000 grant to help young parents (16-25 years) of children who are receiving Time for Kids respite care and family support. 10 participants will attend each of four workshops and will be mentored as they set up their household budgets and develop their financial goals.

2009 Make the Difference! grant:
Police & Community Youth Clubs' Music Program, Orange, NSW
A $10,000 grant to give marginalised under 18 year olds the chance to learn a musical instrument. Participants come from low-income, high unemployment suburbs in Orange, referred by Police & Community Youth Clubs, youth workers, schools and Juvenile Justice.

Youth off the Streets Scholarship Program, Mascot, NSW
A $10,000 grant towards scholarships to assist 14 to 21 year olds to reach their full potential, achieve vocational goals and realise their capabilities. All are from disadvantaged backgrounds and many are disconnected from their families and communities.
